    What if my order hasn’t arrived yet, what should I do?

    At Maderacraft.com we offer our customers the service of putting in their tracking number to our ‘track package’ service link, and we’ll pinpoint exactly where you order is located.  If you are still unable to track your package, then we recommend you contact us right away info@maderacraft.com.


    My order has arrived and it’s damaged...help!!

    Working with multiple logistic companies worldwide, we know that sometimes no matter how well we package our products they can get damaged.  In that scenario our policies are very straightforward; send it back and we’ll ship out a new one right away!


    This order is a gift, can I get a special note added to my package/gift?

    We get asked this question all the time, and the answer is YES!!  Just specify that this is a gift in the notes section of your checkout process, and our team will make sure that we include a handwritten note to add that special something for your recipient.


    The item I ordered doesn’t fit my device or product, what should I do?

    No problem!!  Just contact us at info@maderacraft.com and let us know your order number and your issue, and we’ll inform you how to return your item so we can ship out the right now.  We never want any of our customers to be stuck with the wrong product, which is why we’ll always take care of sending out the right one!
